Gina is a qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience in education. She has worked in both Primary and Secondary education and has experience of teaching from EYFS all the way through to KS5. This experience gives her the unique position of being able to understand the entire learning journey as she has a thorough understanding of the 'bigger picture' with regards to the requirements needed for progressive and further study.

Her toolkit extends to her work as a Management Consultant for one of the 'big 4' Global Professional Services Firms where she took on a role as an Education Consultant for the DFE.
​
Her qualifications also extend to a Masters in Education Management and Leadership with the University of Warwick which further enhances her skills set and deepens her understanding for the education system.
​
Her understanding of the Education system is further reinforced by her experience in middle leadership as a Head of Student Learning which developed her insightful understanding of student needs in order for them to be successful learners.

She has an innate passion for teaching children and her experience and vast skill set is evident in her teaching style and provision. Her experience serves her well in laying the cornerstones of education for all students to reach their full potential.
